Honest answer: we don't chase »authenticity« — we cook Mexican-American comfort food, Tex-Mex style with Louisiana roots, cooked in Thailand. Many original Mexican ingredients simply aren't available here, so we make everything ourselves with what we can source locally — with plenty of creativity and love. Mexican guests have told us it beats their grandma's cooking; the next day someone disagrees. Come hungry and judge for yourself.

Yes — plenty of vegan options: vegan nachos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas and tacos with Swees Plant Based Cheese, crafted in Chiang Mai. Vegan and non-vegan dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, so we can't guarantee complete separation from non-vegan ingredients — thanks for your understanding.

Yes. Nachos, tacos and enchiladas can be ordered gluten free for a small surcharge (฿10–50). Here's why: the corn flour available in Thailand needs a little wheat flour to hold together, so our homemade tortillas aren't 100% gluten free. For gluten-free orders we use certified gluten-free tortillas from Rimping instead — they cost a lot more, hence the small surcharge.
